Availability

Thanks to our deep relationships with suppliers all over the world, we stock a wide variety of green coffee in our Toronto, New York/New Jersey and Montreal warehouses. Our trading department would be glad to assist you in finding other coffees that we may not have in stock. We also supply our clients with green coffee on a forward basis (ie. for delivery at some point in the future). This is a great way for you to lock in your required volume and pricing.

Pricing

Green coffee prices are determined by adding or subtracting a “differential” from the respective New York or London futures market price. Differentials depend on many factors, including country of origin, grade/quality, crop year and relative scarcity of a particular coffee. For “Spot” purchases (meaning the purchase of coffee that we already have in our warehouses), pricing will depend on the market and currency exchange levels (when applicable) at time of confirmation.

Delivery

For clients  looking for a full service importer, we can ship to any point in Canada and the continental United States through our network of trucking partners. Our team of logistics professionals will be happy to handle all transportation and customs formalities on your behalf.

We kindly request 48-hours notice to process orders for delivery, although most orders will ship on the day business day if received prior to 12:00 PM EST. We will always try to accomodate special or rush orders.

Coffees will be shipped out on scrap wooden pallets and shrinkwrapped. We require at least 8 bags for out-of-town delivered orders to ensure that the pallet weight is well-balanced and the bags arrive at your facility in good condition. We accomodate smaller orders and loose bags for pick-up from our warehouses.

Payment

Payment and credit terms are determined on a case-by-case basis and are subject to credit review and market conditions. For new clients, we accept major credit cards, certified checks and wire transfers. Financing charges apply for any past due accounts.

Bag Weights

Our green coffees arrive from origin in standard bags, which are generally as follows. We do not split or sell partial bags at the present time.
